We provide fast transfers to more than a hundred countries. Usually all orders are prepared and shipped within about 2 business days. Shipping and handling costs depend on the number of items purchased and the shipping method you choose. Weather delays and factors beyond our control can affect delivery times.

When will my order be shipped?
After we receive your payment, we will send the package from our warehouse within twenty-four hours and we will send the tracking number to your e-mail.

How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email from us. This email will contain the checking information for your packages, as well as the website where you can locate your purchase.

Cancellations
If you want to cancel your order, you must email us immediately. 25% cancellation price is valid. Your order will be shipped within 1-2 days from the date of purchase. An order that has already been shipped cannot be canceled.

Returns
In the unlikely event of a manufacturing error, we will replace / repair the products completely free of charge. To send an item, you must send us an email and let us know why. We will provide you with further instructions below. The goods must be returned within 8 days from the date of receipt: not worn and containing the original packaging as well as the labels. All transport costs related to the return of the goods are the responsibility of the consumer.

Exchanges
To exchange a product, you must send us an email and state the reason. The goods can be exchanged within 7 days from the date of receipt, under certain conditions - that they are worn with a problem and others -. We will then give you instructions. All shipping costs related to the specific exchange of goods are the responsibility of the customer.
